SEMI ANNUAL MAINTENANCE : (1) check up in spring to prepare your system for  summer and (1) check up in fall to prepare your system for winter.

2x a year we perform the following on your system:

• Check air filter
• Check Temperature differential
• Check all controls
• Check all safety devices
• Check blower wheel
• Check compressor amp draw
• Check drain pan overflow switch
• Check drain/flush and clear drain line
• Check indoor motor amp draw
• Check outdoor fan motor amp draw
• Check refrigerant pressures
• Check thermostat and system operation
• Clean condenser coil
• Remove leaves and debris from inside condenser
• Inspect electrical wiring indoor and outdoor units
• Lubricate indoor fan motor
• Lubricate outdoor fan motor
• Inspect indoor coil/surface clean in place if accessible  (will quote separately when impacted)
• Check heat strip
