SEMI ANNUAL MAINTENANCE : (1) check up in spring to prepare your system for summer and (1) check up in fall to prepare your system for winter.

LOWER UTILITIES: Properly maintained heating and cooling equipment has a lower operating cost than non-maintained equipment, SAVING YOU MONEY!

2x a year we perform the following on your system:
- Check air filter
- Check Temperature differential
- Check all controls
- Check all safety devices
- Check blower wheel
- Check compressor amp draw
- Check drain pan overflow switch
- Check drain/flush and clear drain line
- Check indoor motor amp draw
- Check outdoor fan motor amp draw
- Check refrigerant pressures
- Check thermostat and system operation
- Clean condenser coil
- Remove leaves and debris from inside condenser
- Inspect electrical wiring indoor and outdoor units
- Lubricate indoor fan motor
- Lubricate outdoor fan motor
- Inspect indoor coil/surface clean in place if accessible (will quote separately when impacted)
- Check heat strip
